EMT 929 tonearm. The lower one is the standard 929 as fitted to every EMT deck after 1971, the other one is the rare version shortened 19 mm and adapted to accept SME-type headshells. The 'RAI' arms (upper in this picture) were therefore shorter, had the SME attachment and an unusual brass counterweight, plus there was no provision for antiskating
