Fuel Tank (October 2017)
It is quite difficult to understand why since a few weeks I can't fill completely my fuel tank: when the fuel pump clicks and stops it is not quite full. The result of a pleasant journey with the XJR around Firenze, Golf Club Ugolino etc, shows some strange results
Distance covered in three days: 411 kms
Average fuel consumption: 14 lts/ 100 kms
How much fuel I added to fill the XJR on Monday. Not one more drop of fuel was allowed in
I refilled the XJR when the needle was nudging the red sector (no reserve light yet on).
This is the result of filling the tank as much as possible, putting in 47,59 litres of unleaded premium

Any ideas about this limitation in filling the tank? I'd hate to replace the fuel tank....
San Gersolè is a little church in the Chianti hills, probably more than one thousand years old and unknown to practically anybody who is not born in Firenze
