'L'Inde' has been for years one of our favorite spots for an excellent Martini cocktail in Bologna until, several months ago, it changed hands and the new 'innovative' bartender pretended to give us Martinis in a sherry glass, which is sacrilege. Luckily, this very sad phase ended, tradition rules again and we can get back to our favorite spot in Bologna, under the ancient voltas of the Galleria dei Musei, for a relaxing hour with our favorite cocktails. My best friend and super-Martinista, Dr. Vincenzo Profazio, agrees.... |
