The Martini cocktail at the 'Alchymist', a nice boutique hotel in Prague, is to be taken seriously. The ambience is willingly old-fashioned, with Baroque overtones that are not out of place in the Czech capital; the bartender was kind and eager to help finding the right glass and the right gin upon my request.

The breadsticks were excellent and even if the gin was not cold enough, this was a very satisfying Martini, the best in Prague |
