The magnificent house that a couple of sophisticated artists and art collectors have just opened to their friends in Bologna is a splendid background for their fascinating dinners and exquisitely-stocked cellar. A really good Martini cocktail stands to the the task of helping the visitor admire the many antique frescoes, classic paintings and modern sculptures that fill this enormous, centuries old palace. Stem glasses coming from Venezia (their other residence...) help enjoying this almost perfect mix. Needless to say the gin is North-Pole-level cold, whilst the Hausmeister doesn't love olives....
