OK, so the glass was not the right one for a Martini, the olives were stoned and there were three of them (!), plus at a certain moment the prodigious thirst of a company of young golfers did obliterate all the Hendriks' bottles available at the bar. Still, drinking a very dry and very cold Martini at the end of a long golf tournament on the challenging Asiago golf course wi an exquisite pleasure, one to savour especially when summer is ending and you know that the next week-end could be rainy or even snowy
