The Booking Station is a nice restaurant hosted inside the majesti walls of the St Pancras railway station. It is a good place for excellent steaks and other fine food; eating it while enjoying the sight of the sleek Eurostars waiting on the rails to sprint to Paris is inspiring. Unfortunately, the Martini cocktail I was served was all wrong. Bad glass, three stoned olives, the cocktail itself not dry nor cold enough.... Frankly, I had high expectations, because a place so magnificent has to be able to produce a high-level Martini as well, but I was cruelly disappointed. On the other hand, I must admit that I was truly spoiled: before coming to the BS I had enjoyed a true Martini of a superb quality at the Dukes, and the comparison was however unfavourable for the St. Pancras one
