This is a trendy place strategically placed in via dello Sprone, near Ponte Vecchio in Firenze. They are good, taking care to make their own London Dry Gin, using only Tuscan botanicals (14 of them, but mercifully juniper is by far the most important of them all in the mix...)

They will serve your Martini quite cold and with some tasty appetizers, fegatini toscani being excellent

To be honest, the second Martini, being colder and less diluted by mixing (they had found a bottle of 'Peter of Tuscany' in the freezer), was also better. The outside tables are handy, though the ambience is average. Staff is very kind indeed and the final bill not unreasonable
