Hotel Cavour is a nice still fairly 'secret' hotel near the Bargello in Firenze. The 6th floor is a unique large roof terrace from where you look eye-to-eye at the best monuments in Firenze, from il Duomo to the tower of Bargello, with Palazzo Vecchio in between. A superb place to stay for a cocktail after sunset, though the Martini is not exactly the best I have tasted in my life; however, Matteo is a nice young fellow and I'm sure that he will improve quickly. Anyway, the sight is breathatking and this justifies everything, even a slightly watered Martini....
