A nice little place specialized in Roman-style cuisine; it's one of our favourite restaurants in Bologna. Their 'Gricia' is simply fabulous, on par with Piperno's in Rome; and they let me prepare my Martini by myself, offering premium gins like the No.3, Brooklyn, Gunpowder and so on. In this pic I am only mixing the gin with some ice cubes, of course, before removing the ice and adding the olive. Excellent!
