The Martini cocktail prepared in Galleria Cavour, the most elegant arcade in Bologna, must be a high-quality affair. The mix prepared by the bartenders at Emporio Armani Caffè is just right, dry and smooth without any unduly extravagance; showing everybody that trying to be revolutionary in the most classic of drinks is an act bordering on impiety, whilst a dutiful respect for this venerable mix will always pay dividends. Right glass, right gin (in this case it's '209', but they can offer you also Tanqueray 'Ten', No.3 and even the occasional 'Navy Strength' gin, something that really made them improve their classification), the right size of olive and a smiling young waitress made us love this place at once.
