In Pietrasanta they don't like cars. They allow tourists very little parking space and fine you for any violation in record time; the parking ticket machine is one of the most incomprehensible ever made. The utmost contempt for anything with wheels that is not a rusty bicycle with a wicker basket on its handlebars is confirmed by the careless translation of 'Motore a Scoppio' in front of a museum allegedly dedicated to the Father of the internal combustion engine.... |
